A quick note to let you know despite the poor driving conditions our trip to Calgary was uneventful and we got the hoist home safe and sound.
I was very impressed with the gentleman at the warehouse, he had it already to load and carefully lifted it up and gently set it on the trailer and we were hardly there 10 minutes.
It was also quite a shock to walk into a building for the first time in your life, and be greeted by a total stranger who uses your name.
I was more so impressed with your knowledge of your product. If every one was that familiar with their product it would make shopping a simpler task.
I have the hoist set up, it seems to work fine and the only problem we had was that the ground wire inside the motor wasn't connected, a problem which was easily rectified. If I come across some one who is interested in any of the items you have for sale I will give you a recommendation.
Once again, thank you and looking forward to doing business again.

The website was well written, and there were no hidden fees or "miss information". The only thought that briefly crossed my mind was,
"this sounds too good to be true". However, everything proved to be as amazing as they promised.
The staff were honest, genuine and helpful on the phone. Most of my specific questions were answered right away and if they didn't know the
answer, they were extremely diligent to find it quickly and efficiently. The biggest selling point, of course, was the amazing prices.
The lift is doing exactly what I hoped it would; freed up some more garage space, and helped save my back when working on vehicles.

It’s great. I have back problems and I hated using that creeper to do anything under a truck. I use for the Rhino, car and trucks.

I saw the original add in Auto Trader and liked the looks of it, your webpage was further convincing, and the comments from local people,
in my case, Porters Lake NS, was very nice.
I didn't look any further, your price was attractive, and your on-line help was suberb...I had no reason to look further.
Currently I am only using it for storage, and it is great, but once summer comes and I can get a car out from under it, I expect to really enjoy it
Only family have seen it, even non car members have commented on how solid and professional it looks.
The on Line support was great and they walked me through any problems. Your installation person from Montreal helped
with the 220 volt motor wiring...I felt that was above the call of duty!
I have a few pictures, but I have three sports cars in a two car garage...and that is hard to get a picture of...furter more, I really don't want aqnyone to know about these cars. But I really like the unit, and ther may be another one in the future, my wife says there won't be a forth car, but maybe some working room under it!...of course she said ther wouldn't be a third one, because we have run out of room..CARLIFT FIXED THAT!

My perception was that.... you were a car lift company. My only concern was I might be buying a cheap 'chinese improted' lift that might not be as high quality in comparison to things built in Canada or the USA.
My purchae decision was based on Price and Location.
I had a good time building it. I enjoy looking at it.
Lots of compliments and a couple of guys interested in buying one or two. Do you want to give me kick back if I sell a couple for you, I could use a discount on a pool table. LOL
Didn't need customer support. The Documents on the web were excellent and the girls that helped me during the purchase were great. I do reccomend Carlift and the associated companies to other already.

Originally we were reluctant to purchase from Carlift.ca. We had not dealt with, nor heard of Carlift.ca before. However, we were given names of people who had purchased a lift from them. All provided excellent reviews of the unit.
We purchased from Carlift.ca because they answered our questions, returned our calls rapidly, very uncommon to us in today's marketplace! They also allowed us to view a unit which was already set up.
We already have used the lift many times. It has been in use since assembly and we find it most useful. I am older now and it is difficult to crawl around on the floor. This lift makes life so much easier!
Yes, but I don't mind a little jealousy every now and then.
Darcy and crew were amazing with their assistance. Again, our questions were answered rapidly and to our satisfaction.
When we do get good service and great equipment - that we should let that provider know. Carlift.ca qualifies in our books. The service was excellent, the unit is made well, with the use of good solid materials.
